Exchanges & Returns

I would love you to be as happy with your purchases as I am to send it and greatly appreciate your support. 

Being a small brand and working alone can make it especially difficult but I will always do everything I can to help and in as much a timely manner as possible, I very much appreciate your understanding. If there are any issues I am here and happy to help, please do let me know here.

Stock Items - I am happy to accept exchanges and refunds on any stock items, I only ask that you please inform me within 14 days of receipt of the order. Also, they must be returned clean, in their original condition, as new and unused with all original tags and labels. If possible, please do also return them in the original packaging.

Please be aware that the cost of returning the items and making sure they reach me safely and in good condition, is your responsibility. I would advise using a tracked postal service and retaining a receipt as proof of postage.

I will email to confirm that I have received the returned item and issue the refund. The refunded amount should be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Made to Order Items – I can accept exchanges and refunds on standard sizes, but please be aware that I am a small brand, and a lot of care, time and attention is put into every item I make. Happily so! but please take care when ordering, making sure to consult the size guide provided as accurately as possible when selecting your size, or please get in touch.

Bespoke & Monogrammed Items - Please be aware I am not able to refund or exchange any Bespoke or Monogrammed items which have been made or altered to your specifications, so please take extra care and ensure accuracy when ordering.

Alterations

I can happily offer alterations to your items at an additional cost.

Cancellations

I totally understand that mistakes can happen and if you find that you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs of placing it. A cancellation really must be made before the order has been dispatched.

This is especially important on any Bespoke orders as I will not be able to make changes or issue a refund once work has started.

Christmas

All items ordered and received during December are eligible for an extended return or exchange up to 20th January. Please get in contact as soon as possible, especially if requesting an exchange so I can ensure I reserve the stock for you.

Last order dates, this year, for guaranteed delivery pre-Christmas is 12 Midnight on Saturday 18th December 2021.
